– Foldable arms for easy storage and portability.
– Automatic takeoff and landing from the ground or from your palm.
– May also be great for possible commercial applications such as for realtor listings or inspecting elevated objects.
– 1080p digitally stabilized camera.
– No need to purchase SD card. Video is stored internally with 9GB available storage.
– Use both US GPS and Russian GLONASS positioning satellites.
– Includes optical sensor for indoor positioning.
– Includes acoustic sensor for assisting gentle landings on hand or on the ground.
– Controlled four different ways via smartphone, including g sensor, virtual joystick, swipe and fly,
– Several video taking options including continuous shooting, fly out and in, follow me tracking, along with soon to be available and app updatable implementation of face tracking, and circle me.
– Lightweight at 199 grams. Does NOT require FAA registration.

– Could not find any means of taking 4K video. I don’t think that it currently has it, and may be for a future optional version.
– Short flight time at approximately 7 minutes, and spare batteries are currently somewhat expensive. Recommend short quick flights to take your photo/video, and then hand landing as you plan your next shot.
– Proprietary 7.6V 970mAh LiPo 2S
– Does not have obstacle avoidance.
– Could not get three tap takeoff to work with mine.
– Toilet bowl effect is possible if the compass needs recalibrating. If your quad is rotating in space like being flushed down a toilet, land immediately (on the ground not your hand) and redo the compass calibration. But this is true for most GPS quads.
